Anastazja on Iโm Giving Away a Brand New Oura Ring for Free!: โI have watched the video. Although I don’t have an Oura ring, having done some research on it, I am aware that it helps with sleep, a sense of well being and even minor difficulties that restrict some activity. As I get older, my sleep is not as good as when I was younger. I enjoy life and am active, but joint pain does restrict some activities. Having watched your video, I realize that your where worried about missing the benefits of the Oura ring as opposed to just worrying about the ring as a piece of jewelry. Thanks for introducing the benefits of this ring through you experience of loosing one.โ Jun 4, 17:31
on Iโm Giving Away a Brand New Oura Ring for Free!: โI do not have a oura ring yet, and have not even heard about it, so found this giveaway to be very interesting. I did try to read more about the oura ring at the website that you mentioned, but there is not a link for it. So it will be helpful if you can also include a link for more details. I live in Italy, so it will be good to know if you will ship the prize globally, or only within the USA. Thank you.โ Jun 4, 12:13
on Iโm Giving Away a Brand New Oura Ring for Free!: โI have an Oura Ring and I absolutely love it! The insights it provides on my sleep patterns and overall health are invaluable. I’ve been using it for over a year now and it has helped me make some positive changes to my lifestyle. For those who don’t have an Oura Ring yet, I highly recommend getting one. What I find interesting about this giveaway is that the winner will be selected from those who don’t have an Oura Ring yet. Is this because the goal is to introduce more people to the benefits of using the ring? Either way, it’s a great initiative and I’m excited to see who the lucky winner will be!”โ Jun 3, 13:40
on Iโm Giving Away a Brand New Oura Ring for Free!: โI have an Oura Ring! My ring has been nothing short of amazing. I have used it to adjust my diet, sleep times, screen times and activities to hack my sleep. When I started my sleep scores were terrible and I was getting little to no deep or REM sleep. Now, I average well over an hour of each!. It also helped me learn that alcohol along with food at night was severely increasing my heart rate stealing my rest. My wife and I both have one as well as my daughter. What a great device! Brianโ Jun 3, 13:08

on This Red Light iPhone Hack Helps You Sleep Better at Night: โI tried out the iPhone red light sleep hack mentioned in this article, and I have to say, it really works! I used to have trouble falling asleep after scrolling through my phone before bed, but after turning on the red light filter, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality. Not only that, but I’ve also used it in movie theatres and other dimly lit places where a bright screen could be distracting. Overall, I highly recommend giving this hack a try if you’re looking to reduce your exposure to bright and blue light in the evening.”โ May 30, 11:53

As I am getting older, my nights have been more disturbed, and sometimes with difficulty going back to sleep. on This Red Light iPhone Hack Helps You Sleep Better at Night: โFascinating website! It would be great to know of a way to keep cell phones from being a disturbance when you go to large gatherings – you mentioned the movie theater. I was aware of blue light, but I never heard of red light for devices. Is this available for android as well?โ May 30, 11:34
on This Red Light iPhone Hack Helps You Sleep Better at Night: โThanks for these great tips. I will definitely try this trick, as I always have my technology next to me in case, and sometimes I do battle to sleep. Even if the phone rings in the middle of the night and you look at the screen the brightness tends to wake you up. I will definitely set my phone to a blue light at night as suggested and see if this makes a difference.โ May 30, 11:24

on Sleep Journal #1 – My Sleep Baseline, Oura Ring Stats and Sleep Stack: โHi, most of the time I sleep well but, lately I had too many problems sleeping at night and I can not tolerate it any more. Thank you for sharing these tips and resources.โ May 30, 07:31
on This Red Light iPhone Hack Helps You Sleep Better at Night: โThis is a very helpful hack to reduce bright light from your phone or iPad. Just simple, but very helpful as all exposure to light, especially close to bedtime is accumulative. That is, it can take a considerable amount of time for our bodies to become desensitized from the light exposure during the day, especially closer to bedtime and therefore have a detrimental effect on our sleep patterns. Thanks for the simple, step by step explanation that you gave on how to turn this on and use such a basic yet very helpful tool. โ May 29, 21:40
on Sleep Journal #1 – My Sleep Baseline, Oura Ring Stats and Sleep Stack: โThis is a very informative video. I had not heard of Oura Rings App nor experimented with sleep apps to track my sleep, but this looks like a wonderful product that many can benefit from. I have fortunately not experienced difficulty sleeping, and generally sleep very well, only needing to go to the bathroom twice per night, but generally fall asleep well and are undisturbed until I wake close to my alarm time. The time in bed is around 8 hours, and my sleep time would be very close to this. I have found that for me, exercising each day is essential, and keeping caffeine intake to what works for me is best. My wife had been having problems with sleep and heightened anxiety, so we experimented just with one factor at a time to see the effects this may have. We started with eliminating caffeine from her diet completely. The result, unbelievably great. I enjoyed listening to the types of factors that can contribute to healthy, or not so healthy sleep patterns. Such as ambient light, where you sleep, with or without your partner, room temperature etc. This is something that I think we all need to find what works best for us, and experiment with to find our optimal sleep environment. Thanks for sharing your video and time. โ May 29, 21:29

on Welcome to Sleep Hacker!: โI don’t generally have a hard time sleeping so I was not going to get an oura ring but your statement about having data rings really true. I think data is always good. It makes me wonder if I am wasting any time in bed and how much time is actually spent in REM. Whenever I do have a hard time falling asleep I play my sound bath music. Sound healing has really been a treasure for me with healing some trauma and in one of them they recorded it and shared it with my group on sound cloud. That has been a blessing for me on those occasions (especially if I am traveling) that I have a hard time falling asleep. I am wondering if sound bath music works for anyone else. โ May 29, 00:13

on Use a sleep tracker: โSo, I don’t track my sleep with a sleep tracker. I’m not a fan of wearing anything around my wrist at night, because I end up getting numb arm from it. Do you get numbness at all? Although, using a sleep tracker is a great thing to do. Sleep is so important! I find too much caffeine can really wreck my sleep and deep breathing, stretching and exercise makes me sleep well. It would be interesting to track it all. I should look into a sleep tracker…thanks for sharing! โ Apr 25, 07:33
on Use a sleep tracker: โI believed a good sleep can help me work better while maintaining well my blood pressure. But I have not used any of the sleep tracker before. May be because I have zero knowledge about the sleep tracker. Is it possible you can show some real data about how the sleep tracker can tell us? As you have said, our sleep has various stages while the deep sleep is the most important. How is your deep sleep trending in the past 14 days? Some screen shots may help a lot.Watching the Oura Ring videos, Look like there are some records about a good sleep and as you have mentioned, it is safer and convenient to use. Thanks for your great article and recommendation. on Use a sleep tracker: โI found your article to be very informative. I did not know about the sleep trackers you have mentioned. Did you ever find that tracking sleep adds a bit of tension to the whole process? I have done this a bit through technology in the mattress that we use. But, I found that I was a bit stressed because the results of my sleep were not good enough. It sounds silly but this added a bit of tension as I was trying to sleep. Maybe I will try it again based on the advice that you have given in the article. โ Apr 24, 19:55
