How do you get the most restful sleep in as little time as possible? Here are SEVEN practices to hack sleep with everything from technology to getting the right supplements.

Once you understand just how much in control you are of your own sleep and how fixable it is you gain the power to take control of your body, your brain, and your life. 

TOOLS TO HACK SLEEP:

1) @Ouraring - like having a sleep laboratory on your finger
2) Gethap bee neckband - naturally stimulate bio-receptors in cells to recreate the same sensations as melatonin (the sleep hormone)
3) Blue light-blocking glasses - true dark from biohacker @DaveAspreyBPR   
4) Red light for the bedroom (Sting had it wrong, Roxanne, you DO want to put on the Red light!😉)
5) Turn on the A/C - activate your thermogenesis (fat loss advantage)
6) Kindle - why you need to stop reading on your phone before bed
